We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
We only accept purchase orders from Hospitals, Schools and Government Agencies. Any other facility or person must pay by credit card or check.

TFH equipment is designed and manufactured only for supervised activity. This equipment must not be used unsupervised. It is the supervisor's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is appropriate for the individual, that it is used safely, and put away when not in use.
TFH equipment should not be modified. The instructions should be followed and the instruction sheets should be kept handy for reference by other supervisors.

When we receive your order, we try to ship the latest model available at the current price. All prices are subject to change without notice. Some product modifications may occur.
We will establish and open an account (net 30 days terms) for hospitals, schools, government agencies, etc., with a purchase order. All others must prepay using a check or credit card. Any organizations claiming exemption from sales taxes should include their tax exemption form or their tax-exempt ID number with their order (Pennsylvania residents only).

Our reputation for quality is second to none, and all TFH products are guaranteed for one year.
All TFH products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of shipment. Any such defect will be repaired or the products replaced, at our option, upon return to our offices. You must contact us for a return authorization before sending us any equipment at 800-467-6222. All equipment will wear with use and no guarantee is made against normal deterioration. We recommend you inspect all weight bearing equipment, fittings and supports to guard against injury. Any alterations of equipment, improper use or storage of equipment will void our warranties. Warranty does not cover conditions, damages or failures due to normal wear and tear and storage.
Our products are intended for supervised use and, even though we use the finest materials available, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The supervisor assumes all risk of injury or applicability during use. All merchandise is sold under this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change.
TFH USA makes every effort to package and ship your order with the greatest of care. However, there are occasions when damage or loss occurs in transit. If you see obvious damage to the box and/or contents, you may refuse a shipment. If you choose to sign for the shipment, note any and all damages or losses on the bill of lading. If you accept a shipment by signing for it, you acknowledge that the shipment is in good condition (free of damage or loss). Upon receipt, you must open and inspect the contents of the shipment for possible concealed damage or loss. Keep all packaging and shipping material associated with a damage or loss shipment. IMPORTANT: You have 5 business days from receipt of shipment to report damage or loss that was not noted on the delivery receipt to our Returns Department at 800-467-6222. At that time, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. After 5 business days, we are not able to refund or replace for damages or loss.
Shipping is a percentage of the total product. Minimum shipping charge is $8. Maximum shipping charge is $30 (excluding truck shipments)
Truck shipments incur a minimum charge of $165. This is for tailgate service only. When multiple truck items are on one order, we will contact you with a shipping quote. If your facility does not have a loading dock, Liftgate and/or Inside Delivery may be required. Please indicate in the comments section of your order that you need these services and we will contact you with a quote.
Customers with orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Mexico will be contacted with exact freight charges prior to shipping.
*Shipping charges to Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean are to the border only. You must have your own freight forwarding company to expedite the shipment. You will be surcharged for GST and PST taxes and clearance through customs including brokerage fees.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days.
Custom orders may take up to four weeks.
If you place an order and a specific item is on back order, you will be notified via email that your item(s) is on back order. If you wish to cancel a back order, please contact us at 800-467-6222.
For orders billed in Pennsylvania, 7% tax is added. All other orders are tax-free.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
TFH does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
We reserve the right to amend the specification of any product without prior notice. Some product modifications may occur.
We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, pictures and prices are accurate. Should a pricing error arise, we will inform the customer. We reserve the right to supply at the true price or not to supply. Products may vary slightly in design and/or color from the illustrations and are subject to change without notice.
If you would like to return an item, please call TFH at 800-467-6222 for a Return Authorization Number (RA number). This number must be written on the outside of each box being returned along with our address. Items returned without an RA number will be refused. We accept only unused/unassembled items in resalable condition. Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless an item was sent to you in error. Truck items must be returned by the same carrier that delivered them. Return freight must be prepaid. If merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt in resalable condition, you will receive a full refund (less shipping charges). If a return is after 30 days but less than 90 days, a restocking fee will be charged. Restocking fees are:
31-60 days - 15%
60-90 Days - 50%
Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 90 days.
All returned merchandise should be packaged securely to prevent damage and shipped pre-paid preferably insured USPS or UPS to the address below. If you feel an item is defective and would like reimbursed for your return shipping charges, PLEASE INCLUDE A RECEIPT FOR YOUR SHIPPING IN THE BOX. WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU FOR REASONABLE SHIPPING CHARGES. WE DO NOT PAY FOR PACKAGING MATERIALS CHARGED BY SHIPPING STORES. If possible, use the box and packaging materials that your order was shipped in.

Play is by its nature exciting and unpredictable and should always be supervised. Our photos and suggestions are not intended to be recommendations for any activity. We cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of any such information. It is up to the supervisor to determine whether a given activity is appropriate for the situation. Most TFH products can be used by both children and adults. We recommend that all of our products be used under adult supervision at all times.
Maximum weight: Figures quoted for maximum weight in this catalog include the additional force generated by bouncing or swinging. Please do not exceed this maximum and check weight-bearing systems regularly. Although we use the finest material available, all equipment will wear with use. Our guarantee does not include normal wear. You should inspect all equipment before use to avoid unexpected failures or injury.
The best form of inspection is by means of a system. Checking before use often sacrifices thoroughness for speed. We highly recommend a routine system of maintenance for all your play equipment & particularly for weight bearing activity toys. A comprehensive checklist includes looking at all moving parts individually and at the mechanism as a whole.
Special orders include, but are not limited to, custom-made products (wall pads, floor pads, etc.) and orders of large quantities. Customer understands that there are no returns or refunds on special orders. The customer also guarantees that they will accept and pay for special orders from TFH USA.
