Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

We only accept purchase orders from Hospitals, Schools and Government Agencies.  Any other facility or person must pay by credit card or check.

Shipping and Handling

• ORDERS 0-$299 = 15% of order total
• ORDERS $300-$999 13% of order total
• ORDERS OVER $1000 = 5% of order total

MANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE OVERSIZED AND REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE DUE TO UPS SIZE REGULATIONS. ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE OVERSIZED WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $20 ON YOUR ORDER. PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TO DETERMINE IF IT IS OVERSIZED OR NOT.

Softplay, Swing Frames and MSE Orders will incur a trucking charge of $125 MINIMUM. This increases proportionately on size of order. We will furnish a freight quote upon request.

Due to the size and weight of larger products the website will not charge you enough for shipping, therefore we will always advise you of any additional shipping charges before shipping your order.

Orders to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska will be contacted with exact freight charges prior to shipping.

*Shipping charges to Canada are to the border only. You will be surcharged for Canadian GST and PST taxes and clearance through customs including brokerage fees.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days.

Back Orders

If you place an order and a specific item is on back order you will be notified via email that your back order will be cancelled and that you will need to reorder this item if you wish to do so.

Tax Charges

For orders billed in Pennsylvania, 7% tax is added. All other orders are tax free.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Website Errors

We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, pictures and prices are accurate. Should a pricing error arise we will try to inform the customer, we reserve the right to supply at the true price or not to supply. Products may vary slightly in design and/or color from the illustrations and are subject to change without notice.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please call TFH at 800-467-6222 for a Return Authorization Number (RA number). This number must be written on the outside of each box being returned along with our address. Items returned without an RA number will be refused. We accept only unused/unassembled items in resellable condition. Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless an item was sent to you in error. Sorry no returns will be accepted after 90 days.

All returned merchandise should be packages securely to prevent damage and shipped pre-paid preferably insured USPS or UPS to the address below.  If you feel an item is defective and would like reimbursed for your return shipping charges, PLEASE INCLUDE A RECEIPT FOR YOUR SHIPPING IN THE BOX.  WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU FOR REASONABLE SHIPPING CHARGES.  WE DO NOT PAY FOR PACKAGING MATERIALS CHARGED BY SHIPPING STORES.  If possible, use the box and packaging materials that your order was shipped in.
