Cow puzzle This wooden puzzle has five cow pictures of different sizes all facing the same way. Each picture has a peg handle so easy to use. The pieces have to be sorted and fitted according to their size. This puzzle has been a very important toy with a child I am doing an ABA program with. It got spoken language going with “what’s this” and he could reply ”cow” five times correctly! Then “what noise” and he could “Moo” five times. We have now moved on to sizes of cows and him requesting for a particular cow, “I want big cow”. We also play put the tiny cow on your head, or give Mummy the middle size cow or hide the cow etc. this is a product I would not be without. Farm Puzzle large This is an attractive wooden puzzle with ten farm related pieces, each with a peg handle. The pieces are a good size and only fit in the correct hole. The pictures are of good quality. There is a range of animals, a tractor, a truck, farm house and farmer. I use this puzzle to encourage language by placing my hand over the hole and not moving it until the child either says or signs the picture.
