Making A Purchase You can use a credit or debit card or use our site to prepare a purchase order.

We do not actually take payment for an item until it is ready to ship.

You can claim VAT exemption online, but because we are not allowed to accept electronic forms we have to retain access to the VAT for HMRC until we receive your completed exemption form by post or fax.

Shipping And Handling
If the parcel is small we will post it, if it is too big to post it will be sent by public carrier.

Orders under £90 = 10%
Over £90 = £9

Delivery Schedule
Your goods will normally be dispatched within three working days of receipt of your order and credit card details, provided we have stocks. We will advise you of any delay.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will ship as soon as stock becomes available.

Guarantee
All of our products can be returned free of charge within 28 days for any reason, but please call us first to arrange the return.

After 28 days all carriage costs must be borne by the customer and returns that are not in a saleable condition will result in a credit of only 60% of the cost.
