Making A Purchase

You can use a credit or debit card or use our site to prepare a purchase order. HSBC handle our card processing. When you have completed your Selection, and address details we pass you over to their secure payment system to enter your card details. HSBC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.

When you give HSBC your details you give TFH access to the agreed funds. TFH do not actually take payment for an item until it is ready to ship.

You can claim VAT exemption online, but because we are not allowed to accept electronic forms we have to retain access to the VAT for HMRC until we receive your completed exemption form by post or fax.
