Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
We only accept purchase orders from Hospitals, Schools and Government Agencies. Any other facility or person must pay by credit card or paypay.

Statement of Policy
TFH equipment is designed and manufactured only for supervised activity. This equipment must not be used unsupervised. It is the supervisor's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is appropriate for the individual, that it is used safely; and put away when not in use.
TFH equipment should not be modified. The instructions should be followed and the instruction sheets should be kept handy for reference by other supervisors.

For orders with a delivery address in Ontario, PEI, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick the HST will be applied to the total of your order, including the shipping costs. All other provinces pay GST only.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All MSE products installed by TFH Canada come with a one-year warranty that covers normal and intended use. Abused products, or products used without adequate supervision will not be covered under our warranty. Please call us at 877-509-7524 if your product is defective.
TFH does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
We reserve the right to amend the specification or price of any product without prior notice. Some product modifications may occur.
We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, pictures and prices are accurate. Should a pricing error arise we will try to inform the customer, we reserve the right to supply at the true price or not to supply. Products may vary slightly in design and/or color from the illustrations and are subject to change without notice.
Guarantee of Satisfaction

Full Year Limited Warranty
All TFH products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of shipment. Any such defect will be repaired or the products replaced, at our option, upon return to our offices. You must contact us for a return authorization before sending us any equipment at 877-509-7524. All equipment will wear with use and no guarantee is made against normal deterioration. We recommend you inspect all weight bearing eqiupment, fittings and supports to guard against injury. Any alterations of equipment or improper use of equipment will void our warranties.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for supervised use and, even though we use the finest materials available, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The supervisor assumes all risk of injury or applicability during use. All merchandise is sold under this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change.
Damaged and Incomplete Shipments
Any obvious damage to the outer carton should be noted at the time of delivery. Describe any damage on the delivery receipt/bill of lading and obtain the driver's signature. All deliveries should be inspected immediately, and absolutely no later than 5 days after receipt. Any shortages or internal damage should be reported upon discovery. In the latter case, be sure to save the packaging along with the merchandise. In either case, call our customer service representative toll free at 877-509-7524 to advise us and arrange for resolution.
