Making a purchase
Making a purchase is easy, and we are just a phone call away if you need assistance (877-509-7524). Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

We accept Official Purchase Orders via website (use the shopping cart), fax (905-492-9233) or email info@specialneedstoys.ca.

 We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

MANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE OVERSIZED AND REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE DUE TO UPS SIZE REGULATIONS.  ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE OVERSIZED WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES.  PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TO DETERMINE IF IT IS OVERSIZED OR NOT.

 ORDERS TO POSTAL CODES CONTAINING A ZERO WILL INCURR HIGHER SHIPPING COSTS, AS DO ORDERS TO NOTHERN CANADA.

Softplay, Swing Frames and MSE Orders will incur a trucking charge of $90 MINIMUM.  This increases proportionately on size of order.  We will furnish a freight quote upon request. 

Due to the size and weight of larger products the website will not charge you enough for shipping, therefore we will always advise you of any additional shipping charges before shipping your order.

Delivery Schedule
Starting October 2010, we will deliver your order right away, normally  in 7-10 business days. However, longer lead times are necessary for custom items. From time to time some products are unavailable from our suppliers, we will ensure to keep you informed if this happens.

Tax Charges
For orders with a delivery address in Ontario, British Columbia, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick the HST will be applied to the total of your order, including the shipping costs. All other provinces pay GST. 

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All MSE products installed by TFH Canada come with a one-year warranty that covers normal and intended use. Abused products, or products used without adequate supervision will not be covered under our warrenty. Please call us at 877-509-7524 if your product is defective.

Privacy Policy
TFH does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Disclaimer
We reserve the right to amend the specification or price of any product without prior notice. Some product modifications may occur.

Website Errors
We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, pictures and prices are accurate. Should a pricing error arise we will try to inform the customer, we reserve the right to supply at the true price or not to supply.  Products may vary slightly in design and/or color from the illustrations and are subject to change without notice.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please call TFH Canada at 877-509-7524 ext.2 for a Return Authorization Number (RA number).  This number must be written on the outside of each box being returned along with our address.  Items returned without an RA number will be refused.  We accept only unused/unassembled items in resellable condition.  Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless an item was sent to you in error.  Sorry no returns will be accepted after 90 days.  Please send returns to:
