MANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE OVERSIZED AND REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE DUE TO DELIVERY SIZE REGULATIONS.  ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE OVERSIZED WILL BE CHARGED THE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT AS INDICATED BY OUR CARRIERS.  PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TO DETERMINE IF IT IS OVERSIZED OR NOT.                                                              

Bean Bags, Softplay, Swing Frames and MSE Orders will incur a trucking charge of $70 MINIMUM.  This increases proportionately on size of order.  We will furnish a freight quote upon request. 

Due to the size and weight of larger products the website will not charge you enough for shipping, therefore we will always advise you of any additional shipping charges before shipping your order.    

TFH Canada ships from Canada to Canada only.  Our warehouse is located in Pickering, Ontario just off Hwy.401

**For items ordered by TFH Canada orginating in the USA, you will be charged the customs and duties charged to us by our Brokerage Firm.

Delivery Schedule
Starting October 2010, we will deliver your order right away, usually in 7-10 business days. However, if there is a delay we will contact you as promptly as possible. 

Back Orders
If you place an order and a specific item is on back order you will be notified via email of the products status and anticipated delivery date.  If you do not wish to have backorder items the item can be easily removed from your order.
